Futuronix is a Lahore-based technology company offering web development, app development, digital marketing, SEO and RPO and talent services to clients in Pakistan and internationally.

Services and Quotations

Any quotation, proposal or estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and does not by itself create a binding contract. The final scope, timeline and price of a project are confirmed in a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Futuronix.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and the content, access and materials needed to complete the work
Review deliverables and provide timely feedback and approvals
Ensure you hold the necessary rights to any content, logos or materials you supply to us

Payments

Fees, payment schedules and milestones are set out in your project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the stated period, and work may be paused where payments are overdue.

Revisions and Delivery

The number of revisions and the delivery timeline are defined per project. Work requested beyond the agreed scope may be quoted and billed separately.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and code — is owned by or licensed to Futuronix and protected by applicable laws. Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables for a project transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement, unless stated otherwise. We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, plugins, payment gateways or advertising networks. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of those third parties.

Warranties and Disclaimer

We provide our website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to a high professional standard, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we cannot guarantee specific marketing, traffic or ranking outcomes, which depend on many factors outside our control.
