Pricing and What Drives Cost

How we quote, what changes the number, and what is included as standard.

Why there is no price list

Agency pricing in Pakistan is rarely published, and there is a reason for that beyond secrecy.

The honest answer to “how much does a website cost” is that it depends, and any agency publishing a single figure is either describing a template or planning to bill you for the difference later. A five-page brochure site and a store with two thousand products, three integrations and a delivery-zone calculator are not the same product, and pricing them the same would mean overcharging one of you.

What we can do is be completely transparent about what moves the number, so you can work out roughly where your project sits before you speak to anyone.

What drives the cost of a website

  • Number of unique page templates. Not page count — template count. Fifty products using one layout is cheaper than five pages that each look different.
  • Design origin. Adapting a proven layout costs less than designing from scratch. Custom design is worth it when the brand is the product; it is wasted money when it is not.
  • Integrations. Payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, courier APIs and accounting systems. Each one is a piece of engineering with its own failure modes, and each is a real line item.
  • Content. Whether you supply copy and images or we produce them. This is the single most underestimated cost on most projects.
  • Data migration. Moving an existing catalogue, customer base or article archive, especially from a system that exports badly.
  • Compliance and security. Handling personal data, payments or anything with a regulatory obligation raises the bar on testing.

How we quote

We quote fixed prices after a discovery conversation, not hourly rates. You get a written scope listing what is included, what is explicitly excluded, the delivery date and the payment schedule. If the scope changes mid-project we price the change and you decide — it never quietly appears on an invoice.

Discovery costs nothing. If we cannot help, or if a cheaper approach would solve your problem, we will say so at that stage rather than after you have paid a deposit.

What is included in every build

Mobile-first responsive layout, SSL, a content management panel your team can operate, per-page titles and meta descriptions, structured data, an XML sitemap, Google Analytics and Search Console connected, speed optimisation, and training on handover. These are not add-ons. A site without them is unfinished, not cheaper.

Ongoing costs to plan for

Independent of us: domain renewal, hosting, and any paid plugins or licences your build needs. Optional with us: a maintenance retainer covering updates, security patching, backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly allowance for content changes. Marketing retainers for SEO or paid campaigns are priced separately and monthly.

Recruitment and back-office pricing

Our RPO and talent services are priced per role, per hour or as a monthly retainer depending on how you want to run the engagement. Virtual assistance is typically monthly for a set number of hours. The right comparison is not our fee against an agency percentage, but against the fully loaded cost of hiring the same capacity internally and keeping it busy year-round.

Payment terms

Most projects run on a deposit to start, one or more progress payments at agreed milestones, and a balance on launch. We invoice in rupees for clients in Pakistan and can invoice in other currencies for overseas clients.

Getting a number for your project

Send us what you are trying to build, any examples of sites you like, your deadline and your rough budget range. Sharing a budget is not a trap — it lets us tell you honestly whether it is achievable and propose the best version of the project that fits, rather than guessing. Ask for a quote.

FAQ

Pricing questions

How much does a website cost in Pakistan? expand_more
It depends on template count, whether design is custom, and how many integrations are involved. A simple brochure site is a fraction of the cost of an e-commerce build with payment and courier integrations. We quote a fixed price after a free discovery call so you get a real number for your project rather than a range that does not apply to you.
Do you charge hourly or fixed price? expand_more
Fixed price, agreed after discovery and written into a scope document. Hourly billing pushes the risk of a bad estimate onto the client, and it gives the agency no incentive to work efficiently. If scope changes during the project we price the change separately and you approve it before we proceed.
What is the cheapest option you offer? expand_more
A focused brochure site using an adapted layout with content you supply. It is the lowest-cost route to a credible, fast, search-ready presence, and it can be extended later. We will tell you if that is enough for what you are trying to achieve rather than selling you more than you need.
Are there ongoing costs after launch? expand_more
Domain and hosting renewals are unavoidable and are paid to those providers, not to us. Optional maintenance with us covers updates, security patching, backups, monitoring and small content changes. Marketing retainers are separate and monthly.
Do you require a deposit? expand_more
Yes. Most projects start with a deposit, then progress payments at agreed milestones, with the balance due at launch. The schedule is set out in the scope document before any work begins.
